This helps to create sustainability and independence of funding. Culturally, the social enterprise sector has much learning to offer the voluntary sector in terms of approaches to funding.

Having pioneered the use of learning sets as a development tool in the voluntary sector in Glasgow, I have extensive experience of using this model as a problem solving and communication improving tool in a variety of settings.
